After weeks of hating Mondays I have decided to finally do something about it. I started hating it since I moved to Spain and I had to wake up in the morning for classes. Every week it got harder and harder. I want to share a few of my tips for making Monday a bit better.
First of all Sunday evening must be relaxing. You need to prepare for the whole week of work, so you need to find a lot of energy. I normally do the things I enjoy the most, which is reading a book about fashion, currently Love Style Life, going through my favorite blogs post from the past week, looking for some inspiration on the Internet or watching a movie which is quite often Confession of the Shopaholic or Devil wears Prada.
Every Monday after waking up, I am trying to say out loud I love my University, because at the end of the day I study what I love and I should never ever complain about it!
Getting a nice full breakfast helps you to focus on your work during the day, and having fruits keeps you healthy and gives some sugar to have more energy.
The sun helps me to have a better Monday morning, but who doesn't?!
There are always some clothes shops opened on my way to University, isn’t it nice to look at some pretty dresses in the early morning?
Call somebody that you really love. It always helps me to have a better day.
